Here is one student's community service draft  reflection. Use   http://yashoda2.blogspot.com/p/blog-page.htmlz

I went to the North side Learning Center to teach little kids. They teach the adults English downstairs and teach their kids everything a school would upstairs. They're open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3-5. There is a need for their services because without this free program parents wouldn't be able to learn English in a quiet zone without their kids distracting them. I would go upstairs to the little kids and help them with homework or help them read. Then when everything was done we'd play games and just bond with them. This had a positive affect on me because it's amazing being able to help these little kids become better people, better at schoolwork and making them socialize with other kids. Them interacting with others makes them more compatible with others. I do feel I made a difference because these kids look up to me to be the best role model I can be. I would recommend community service for others because it makes you feel accomplished. To do for others without always looking for what you're receiving. These kids are amazing and they helped me become a better person also. To help them was an incredible opportunity that I'd do any day because they're fun, well rounded kids. These community service hours have felt nothing like a chore but more of a hobby.

In Oregon a group of people occupied the building to protest at the wildlife refuge. So whats the difference between these "activists" and "terrorists"? Well there was no acts of violence and nobody
held hostage. Image for the news result
